  • Payments
    • All payments for services booked through our website must be made online via Razorpay.
    • We accept multiple payment methods as provided by Razorpay, including debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
    • Payment confirmation will be sent via email/SMS upon successful transaction.
  • Pricing & Taxes
    • Prices displayed on our website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
  • Booking & Confirmation
    • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
    • You are responsible for providing accurate information while booking. Incorrect details may result in delays or cancellation.
  • Refunds & Cancellations
    • Payments made are generally non-refundable.
    • In case of double payment due to technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.

  • Razorpay Disclaimer
    • We use Razorpay as our trusted payment gateway partner.
    • We do not store your card, banking, or UPI details.
    • Razorpay ensures secure encryption and compliance with RBI guidelines for all transactions.
  • Liability
    • We are not responsible for payment failures, transaction declines, or technical issues arising from Razorpay or your bank/UPI provider.
    • Any disputes related to failed or unauthorized transactions must be taken up directly with Razorpay or your bank.
  • Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
